ArviPM asks no one to remember to start a timer. Time is recorded from the normal moves on the board, attributed to whoever moves the ticket, and carries with it the phase it was worked in.

Every hour knows which stage it was worked in: development, testing, acceptance. And development work after a pass through testing is marked separately, as rework. Internally, the same split shows which ticket type and which part of the flow generates rework.

Because time has a phase, the report doesn't just show „how many hours", but how many hours were development and how many were rework after testing. Reporting works on three levels: per project (total for the period, broken down by phase and by person), per ticket (who worked, in which phase, with the estimate alongside and the variance calculated) and per person (across projects and phases).
